Goods recharged on the official website of YS-Game can only be used on the official website, games, and other products. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. As such, the YS-Game representative will monitor in-game transactions in real-time to check for abnormal transactions, which will be reported to supervisory authorities as must be.

Please note that once you have made a payment and received in-game currency that has been consumed, YS-Game will be unable to provide refund services. Therefore, please carefully consider your payment and usage before proceeding.

If you have received in-game currency but have not used or consumed it, you may contact YS-Game customer service within 7 working days after payment to apply for a refund.

If you have mistakenly recharged the wrong amount in the game, please immediately contact YS-Game customer service for communication. Please refrain from contacting us after using the currency and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations.

In the event of malicious refund attempts, YS-Game reserves the right to impose account suspension or other appropriate actions at our discretion. Please exercise caution when engaging in such actions.

YS-Game Account

To use some of our services, you might need an YS-Game account. You can create your own YS-Game account or allocate YS-Game account from administrator (e.g. Department or educational institution that you belong to). If you are using the YS-Game account which allocated by administrator, you might follow other terms or additional terms, and your administrator might have the right to access or terminate your account.

In order to protect your YS-Game Account, please keep your password nicely and make it confidential. You should take the responsibility on the activity on your YS-Game account or the activity done by the account. Please try your best to avoid using the same password as YS-Game account in the third party application. Compensation which caused by or related to this terms or service can only institute legal proceedings from federal court or county court of America California Santa Clara county, and, you and YS-Game agree the court as stated above possess the Nationality Jurisdiction.
